At the age of 30 I embarked on the journey of doing a Figure Competition. I had known Kamla for a couple of years, doing her bootcamp. She would often say to me, "you have a great physique, you should do a Figure Competition." I laughed. - no way my body would do that and just no way.... Then one day I decided to take her up on the challenge. I could not believe the results I was getting from her nutrition/supplement guidance and her intense training sessions. She transformed my body into amazing shape and in my very first Figure Competition I placed 1st in my age class and 3rd in the show overall."
